If you purchase anything from the oil collection after 12pm (GMT) it will be dispatched the following day.

e.g order is placed Monday anytime after 12pm (GMT), order dispatched Tuesday, order received Wednesday.

We ship WORLDWIDE unfortunately international customers can not get next day delivery, delivery time and costs may vary dependant on country of residence, you are also responsible for any custom fees you may incur when purchasing this product, so please check your local government customs page and do your research (our oil collection is classified as a small parcel), however your rights as a consumer are not effected.

All other products available are shipped directly from our manufacturers to you, using the fastest delivery option available, charges applicable delivery time may vary dependant on the courier service they use.

ANY ORDER OVER £50 RECEIVES FREE DELIVERY ON ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

Any issues with your order e.g delivery address incorrect, product out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to notify you of the error. If we don’t get a response, your order will be cancelled and cost of the order refunded to the cardholder.

If you wish to have the product the order will have to be placed again.
